Board applications will be open from January 5, 2024 - January 26, 2024.
Applicant interviews will be held on February 20, 2024.
We appreciate your interest in serving on the Seaside School Inc. Board of Directors.
Seaside School Inc. annually accepts applications for local members of the community to serve on our Board of Directors, and the selection of new board members is made by the current Board of Directors. The Seaside School Inc. Board of Directors takes this process very seriously. In order to be considered, applicants must submit a complete application online here. If an applicant does not have access to a computer, he or she may complete the application at either the Seaside Neighborhood School campus or Seacoast Collegiate High School campus by scheduling an appointment.
In addition to considering applicant's background and skill sets generally and the needs of the School at such time, consideration is given to the applicant's knowledge of the School and prior participation and volunteerism, including:

Participation in standing committees and subcommittees of the Board of Directors

Attendance at Seaside School Board of Directors' monthly meetings

Volunteerism at on-campus activities, such as mentorship and The Amazing Shake

Volunteerism, sponsorship and support of activities and events organized by the Seaside School Foundation, including the Seaside School Half Marathon + 5K, Supper Club series, Tom Glavine's Field of Dreams golf outing and other events.
