This Is What Happens When Students Are Inspired to Give

We often say at the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ that it takes more than a classroom to raise a leader—it takes a community. Our school operates on a budget that leaves little margin for the extraordinary. Yet, time and time again, we are able to deliver an exceptional education and experience to our students because of you—our donors, families, and supporters who give your time, your talent, and your treasures.
Your giving does more than sustain our programs—it plants seeds. And this year, those seeds have bloomed in the most beautiful way: through the hearts and actions of our own students.
Today, we want to celebrate three remarkable examples of student-led philanthropy, stories that reflect the very values this school was built upon. These students aren't just benefiting from your generosity—they’re becoming the next generation of givers.
Wyatt Watson: One Scholarship, One Car Wash at a Time
Through his car detailing business, Wyatt Wash It, 100% of his earnings go directly to the scholarship. Wyatt writes:
"To share the same opportunities with a fellow student in the Vung Tau Kidspire program, I started this fundraiser. In Fall 2026, when I enter college, halfway around the world another student will be doing the same!"
Wyatt’s initiative is a powerful reminder that philanthropy is deeply personal—and starts with purpose.

Chloe O’Donohue: Honoring a Legacy with Love and Awareness
Chloe’s campaign raised $1,500 and collected 58 stuffed animals, all in honor of Kadance Fredericksen, a young girl who turned her own story of survival into a legacy of compassion.
What’s more—SEASIDE SCHOOL™ matched the funds raised, doubling the impact.
"April is Child Abuse Awareness Month, and I can’t think of a better way to honor Kadance’s legacy than dedicating time and bringing awareness to something she was so passionate about," Chloe shared.
Through Chloe, we are reminded that service isn’t about size—it’s about heart.

Why This Matters
But what we’ve always known—and are now seeing firsthand—is that your giving doesn’t stop at sustaining the present. It’s igniting the future.
Because of you, students like Wyatt, Chloe, and our SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Race fundraisers understand that giving isn’t about what you have—it’s about what you believe in. And they believe, like we do, in lifting others up.
To every family who has volunteered, donated, mentored, or simply said yes—you are the spark behind these stories. Your legacy is being written not only in buildings and programs, but in the hearts of the young leaders you inspire.
Thank you for continuing to show our students what’s possible when we lead with generosity. Your gift to the SEASIDE SCHOOL FOUNDATION™ isn't just support - it's inspiration for the next student who dares to lead.
