3rd Annual Tom Glavine's Field of Dreams Golf Outing Raises Over $150,000 in Support of The Seaside School, Inc.

Baseball Hall of Famer Tom Glavine and Wife Chris Host Spectacular Golf Event Benefiting Walton County's Students

WALTON COUNTY, FL [October 5, 2023] – On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, golf enthusiasts and education supporters converged at WaterSound Club's Shark's Tooth Golf Club for a day of spirited competition and philanthropy at the 3rd Annual Tom Glavine’s Field of Dreams Charity Golf Tournament. This remarkable event, hosted by baseball Hall of Famer Tom Glavine and his wife, Chris, exceeded all expectations, raising over $150,000 in support of The Seaside School Foundation. The foundation, in turn, supports and funds The Seaside School, Inc., comprising Seaside Neighborhood School and Seacoast Collegiate High School.

Tom Glavine, a former board member of The Seaside School, expressed his pride in the institution, saying, "I'm incredibly proud to support The Seaside School, Inc., an institution that has played a vital role in our children’s education and community for years. My wife, Chris, and I are passionate about education and were thrilled to be able to host this incredible event for the third year. Being able to bring people together through the love of golf to make a lasting impact on the future of The Seaside School, Inc’s students truly brings us pure joy."
