Swimming

August - November

Conditioning for the swim team will begin on Monday, June 30th. Workouts will be held at Sand Dunes Strength and Conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30.

Tryouts for the Swim Team will take place at the Taj Renee, Destin Aquatic Center July 28-31, from 5pm-7pm. This Monday - Thursday tryout schedule will reflect the practice schedule once the team practices begin the following week. All tryout days are mandatory.

All participants must have a physical and consent form on file. Please send a hard copy into the front office or send via email to wardd@seasideschools.net.

Thursday, August 14th: 11th and 12th Grade BOYS and ALL GIRLS

Friday, August 15th: Golfers coaches want to see a second time will be notified.
