Athletics

The athletic program at Seaside Neighborhood School strives to assist each student reach their athletic potential; building skills, training for a sport, increasing confidence, self-esteem, and sportsmanship. This is accomplished through the participation of parents, coaches, and the community working together. The Florida High School Athletic Association guides the middle school athletics program. Fifth graders are allowed to participate on the junior varsity teams only.

All students are required to submit a FHSAA Physical Evaluation Form and FHSAA Consent and Release Form prior to participating. Students are also required to complete online training regarding "Concussion in Sports”, "Heat Illness Prevention", and "Sudden Cardiac Arrest". For information and links, please click here

Seaside Neighborhood School competes with schools in Walton County and schools from adjoining counties in the Panhandle of Florida.
