You’ll collaborate with community stakeholders and educators to broaden the impact and reach of our STEM programs.
Triumph Grant Manager
In this position, you’ll research funding opportunities, manage the grant application process, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Your work will be critical in securing the resources needed to support our expansion and new initiatives.
Dream Big Coordinator
Lead our exciting Dream Big program by coordinating innovative projects that inspire creativity and forward-thinking. You’ll develop initiatives that empower both students and staff to pursue ambitious goals and explore new possibilities.
College and Career Counselor

Communications Coordinator/Teacher
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the internal and external communications strategy for The Seaside School. This includes social media management, marketing initiatives, event promotion, and stakeholder engagement to amplify the school’s mission and partnerships. Additionally, the role will include teaching a high school-level course on Journalism, Social Media Marketing, Public Relations, or Digital Media, providing students with real-world communications experience.
Technology Director
The Technology Director at The Seaside School will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge educational technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of AI, cybersecurity, and digital tools across all programs. This role includes managing IT infrastructure, supporting faculty in tech-enhanced instruction, and overseeing student technology certifications that align with industry needs. Testing Coordinator
A Seaside School-Wide Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of standardized testing and assessments within a high school. This role ensures that testing procedures are conducted smoothly, in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations, and that students and staff are adequately prepared for testing. The Testing Coordinator works closely with school administrators, teachers, and external testing organizations.
CTE Teaching Team
- Business Management Teacher (Bookkeeping & QuickBooks): We are seeking a Business Management Teacher to teach foundational principles of bookkeeping, financial management, and QuickBooks. This course provides students with industry-recognized certifications and hands-on experience, equipping them with the financial literacy and technical skills needed for careers in business, entrepreneurship, and accounting. Ideal candidates will have experience in business finance, accounting, or financial technology and a desire to mentor future professionals.
- Entrepreneurship Teacher: The Entrepreneurship Teacher will inspire and guide students in developing business ideas, pitching concepts, and understanding the fundamentals of business ownership. This course integrates the Dream Big program, emphasizing real-world problem-solving, networking with industry leaders, and securing startup funding. Ideal candidates will have entrepreneurial experience, business acumen, and a passion for cultivating a mindset of innovation and leadership.
- Engineering Teacher: The Seaside School School is seeking an Engineering Teacher to lead students in hands-on problem-solving, design thinking, and industry-relevant certifications in engineering principles. The ideal candidate will integrate CAD, robotics, and real-world engineering challenges, leveraging partnerships with industry professionals. This role aligns with The Seaside Way, focusing on preparing students for high-wage, high-demand careers in STEM fields.
- Coding Teacher: The Coding Teacher will introduce students to programming languages, software development, and computational thinking. This course prepares students for industry certifications and careers in software engineering, cybersecurity, and AI development. Ideal candidates will have experience in programming, an understanding of emerging technologies, and a passion for helping students build technical fluency.
- AI Instructor: As part of our commitment to cutting-edge education, Seacoast Collegiate High School is hiring an AI Instructor to teach students the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and ethical AI use. This course will prepare students for industry certifications in AI, focusing on real-world applications in business, healthcare, and technology. The ideal candidate is well-versed in AI tools, data science, and emerging trends in AI-driven industries.
