Apply for the Board of Directors
The Seaside School Inc. annually solicits applications for local members of the community to serve on its Board of Directors. The Seaside School Inc. Board takes this process very seriously. Selection of new board members is made by the current Board of Directors. In order to be considered, applicants must timely submit a complete application, and those applications must be submitted online. Click HERE to begin the application. Please note, you must have a Google account in order to submit all the required information in the application. If you do not already have a Google account, you can create one HERE.
The application period for the Board of Directors is currently closed. Please check here periodically for updated information on Board selection and the opening of the application period. Board applications are typically accepted between early December and mid-February.
There are certain criteria that are “highly encouraged” for applicants under consideration by the Board of Directors. These criteria include, but are not limited to:
- Involvement and Participation in Standing Committees and Subcommittees of the Board of Directors
- Involvement in the Seaside School Race
- Attendance at Seaside School monthly Board meetings (these meetings are public and noticed)
- Solicitation of funding to benefit Seaside School
