Apply for the Board of Directors
The Seaside School Inc. annually solicits applications for local members of the community to serve on its Board of Directors. The Seaside School Inc. Board takes this process very seriously. Selection of new board members is made by the current Board of Directors. In order to be considered, applicants must timely submit a complete application. Applications must be submitted online. Click HEREto begin the application. Please note you must have a Google account in order to submit all the required information in the application. If you do not already have a Google account, you can create one HERE.
The application period opened on December 10, 2018 and will close on February 15th, 2019 at 5:00 pm CST.
There are certain criteria that are “highly encouraged” for applicants under consideration by the Board of Directors. These criteria include, but are not limited to:
- Involvement and Participation in Standing Committees and Subcommittees of the Board of Directors
- Involvement in the Seaside School Race
- Attendance at Seaside School monthly Board meetings (these meetings are public and noticed)
- Solicitation of funding to benefit Seaside School
