Applications for the 2020-2021 school year have closed. Only those applications submitted and completed between February 1, 2020 at and March 31, 2020 at 5:00PM CST will be placed in the enrollment lottery.

Applications for admission are accepted each year from February 1st to March 31st at 5:00PM CST for enrollment in the following school year through the lottery process. Only those applicants who submit complete and accurate applications by the March 31st deadline will be accepted in the enrollment lottery. Applications may be submitted after March 31st through December 31st of each year for those wishing to join the waiting list. Applicants submitting after March 31st will be placed on waiting lists in the order of their submission by grade level.

Applicants on waiting lists must reapply each year in order to be entered into the admission lottery. Pursuant to Florida Statutes and the Seaside School's charter, certain applicants are given an admission preference. Regardless of preference, all incoming students must submit a complete and accurate application for admission. Applicants are selected in the following preference order:
- Children of current employees of Seaside Schools
- Children of members of the Seaside Schools Board of Directors
- Siblings of currently enrolled students at Seaside Schools
- Walton County residents
COVID-19 Temporary Amendment
Due to COVID-19 and the special circumstances faced by current applicants, The Seaside School, Inc. has amended Section 4. D. of its current Application and Admittance Policy, only as it applies to the current application period for the 2020-2021 school year. All applications must be complete and submitted by March 31, 2020 at 5:00 PM Central Time, however, supporting documentation may be submitted email@example.com through April 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM to allow additional time due to governmental office closures.
